HCA Healthcare to Buy Nonprofit Mission Health in North Carolina
Wall Street Journal Mission said Friday that the money from the deal and what cash and investments it has left after paying its debts will be transferred into a nonprofit set up to benefit people in western North Carolina. Mission also said it would be under local management.
